Next, check near the indoor unit for a float switch in drain and if you have one lift it to see if we get power to thermostat. Hello I have a Carrier infinity syetem with a SYSTXCCITC01-B thermostat. I have been trying to figure out how to have the humidifier on in manual or fan only mode. I can get it to turn on in the cool and heat profiles but cant get it to come on when I just want the fan on without heat or cool. The reason I want this is because I dont need heat .... X 35 interminable rooms

The Carrier Infinity 19 SEER system is a 5 speed inverter connected to a DC voltage compressor. The inverter takes in AC current changes it to DC and alters the frequency to allow the DC motor to spin at different speeds. Including a true soft start that gradually ramps up from 0 to the desired speed.The evaporator coil had been replace in 11/22 and this issue started 2/23 so i don’t thing anything could have caused a problem when the coil was replaced. When I ran the new wire to the infinity control and left off the Wi-Fi for 3-4 months the customer didn’t call with any issues or just ignored them.The primary cause has been corrected; but additional analysis is in progress to ensure this will not happen in the future.
